Dr Boxter is extremely empathetic and really took her time with me. The opposite reaction /be to what I have come to expect from a GP.

I had my first meeting with Nurse Janet Abbott today and was very impressed with her care and attention and her pleasant conversation which put me at ease immediately. She was also very helpful in looking up my previous consultation with my GP and advising me on the best course of action which was to make an appointment to see my GP. This I did but unfortunately I now have to wait six weeks to see the doctor. I did say that my complaint is not urgent but I think this is an unacceptable time to wait.

Doctor was very helpful and had my blood pressure tested and that was alright but she was worried about my pulse so she recommend to me I want for and ECG at the hospital. She also told me not to go Friday as they did ECG Monday to Thursday.

Prompt call back by GP and given an appointment and seen within 40 minutes. Very happy with service.
